Photos and generated videos

We process the portrait you upload to create the video you request. When generation is enabled, the portrait and reference assets are sent to KIE, our AI generation provider. KIE may apply its own retention and processing terms. We do not promise that provider data is never retained or used for training without a verified provider agreement.

Uploaded portraits and generated results are stored privately. Time-limited access links let the model retrieve the input and let you download your result. Keep your account secure; a shared access link may allow access until it expires.

Accounts and payments

We store account details, task status, credit transactions and payment order records. Waffo processes checkout details; we do not store your complete card number. Essential cookies maintain your session. Optional analytics are loaded only according to the active consent configuration.

Browser drafts

A selected photo may be saved in this browser's IndexedDB to restore your draft for one hour. The expiry is checked when a draft is loaded; closing the site does not schedule deletion. Clear this site's browser data to remove a local draft sooner. This local draft is separate from server-stored photos.

Retention and deletion

No fixed automatic deletion period is advertised at this stage. Contact support to request deletion of your uploaded photos and generated results. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes or legal requirements. This does not delete copies already downloaded or data held independently by a provider.
