Credit questions, answered.
Is this a subscription?+
No. These are one-time credit packs. Each generation uses the credits quoted for your selected resolution.
How many videos can I make with 300 credits?+
You can request three 15-second videos at 480p, or one 15-second video at 720p.
When will purchased credits appear?+
After the server verifies a successful Waffo payment. If your balance has not updated, check your payment status and contact support rather than purchasing again.
What happens if generation fails?+
A confirmed failed generation releases its deducted credits. A task still processing is not a confirmed failure. Check your task history before starting another request.
Can I get a refund?+
Review the refund policy for purchase eligibility and contact support with the order details. Generation failure and payment refund are separate processes.
