Support availability

Payment support is available at support@rumpelstiltskin.best, the support address registered with our shared Waffo store. The hosted checkout uses the store name rumpelstiltskin; Burning Bridges Drake AI credit packs are separate products for burningbridgesdrakeai.com.

Public purchases remain closed while generation and payment delivery checks are completed.

What to include

Include your task ID or payment order number, the website name burningbridgesdrakeai.com, and a short description of the issue. Do not send your password, API key, card number or someone else's photo.

Rights and deletion requests

The support channel will handle input or result deletion, consent complaints, and music or footage rights questions. These requests need operator review and do not imply a currently automated deletion or refund service.

Return to the studio or review the refund policy.
